 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we’re here to help and solve any issues you have immediately.

 Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any order with reason

We do not accept returns unless you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, the return must be made in the original state of purchase – unused and full bag for a refund to take place. . Once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel and if you wish to return it you will need to return it at your own expense  – For cancellations after processing- if your order is over £100 please be aware that a deposit of £45 will be retained from your original order. If your order is £10-£100 half of the cost will be retained for a deposit.

if you do want to cancel we ask you to call us to speak to us immediately on 07454962069.  This way we can action a refund and ensure your order doesn’t go out for delivery.

Returns or refunds for damaged items.

If there is something wrong with your order you must contact us immediately upon receipt, we are happy to refund you in full and collect your items at no cost to yourself if you can demonstrate what is wrong with your order. If there is a problem or issue please call us immediately.

Additional Terms

You are responsible for ensuring you can burn logs in the area you live as we can not be held responsible if you burn logs in a smokeless area as we do not know what stove you are using on delivery.

We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to ensure you read our Terms & Conditions before purchase.

We try to ensure all images on the website are accurate and wherever possible we use our own imagery as much as possible, but occasionally we use our suppliers stock images so products may differ slightly in colour and appearance
